The IFI has funds for invited speakers. Let's collect names of potential speakers we might ask the IFI to invite! Please add your own suggestions, and comment, vote, etc. by editing the respective bulleted lists.

My initial list is somewhat biased towards geographically-close people, for no particular reason other than that they are very likely to accept an invitation. All of Europe should be ok, perhaps beyond.
